Gianluca Nizzardi graduated in Law in 1995 at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" where he obtained a Master in Civil Law.

He was admitted to practice law since 2000 at the Bar of Rome, where he practices mainly in the area of civil law, bankruptcy and commercial law.

During his professional career he has acquired a solid experience in the field of public tender contracts, in torts and insurance law.

Since 2003 he advises in the field of special management of large firms in crisis, with particular reference to actions for revocation in bankruptcy.

He has worked with the RAI – Radiotelevisione Italiana S.p.A, where he advised on the contractual matters.
