Lawyer

Francesca Cucchiarelli received a Law degree in 1993 at the University of Rome "La Sapienza".

As part of her legal training, she attended advanced courses at the Pontifical University in Rome and at the Corte di Cassazione.

In 1998 she participated in the specialization course in trustee in bankruptcies at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". As a lawyer, admitted since 1997, she deals mainly with matters relating to the area of family law and successions, and to administrative law with particular regard to urban planning and public employment.

At the present, she is a trustee in bankruptcy for the Bankruptcy Court in Rome and she is also a consultant to several insurance companies for the collection of credits.
