Anna De Nicolo obtained a law degree from the Catholic University of Sacro Cuore of Milan in 1998.

Since 2000 she has been a consultant in the area of the public tender contracts and public and private building.

Since 2006 she has been appointed as a component of Arbitration Panels to resolve disputes related to public tenders, and as a member of the Boards of technical-administrative inspections, in respect of public works. She is consultant for Ministries, Public Bodies and corporations.

In 2010 she was admitted to practice at the Colegio de Abogados de Baleares, Spain.

Stefania Mitolo received a Law Degree in 2000 from the University of Turin.

She has had numerous working experiences: until 2009 she worked for public bodies dealing mainly with education law and employment law, being responsible for the Regulatory Office's legal work in labor disputes. She has collaborated with Politecnico di Torino, in the office Contracts and International Relations; at the Chair of Regional Law at the Faculty of Science of Education at the University of Turin and at the Chair of Administrative Law at the Institute of Comparative Law at the University "Luigi Bocconi" in Milan.

Admitted to the Bar in Turin, at the present she is engaged as a consultant in the field of administrative and tax law for the municipalities within the Mountain Community Valli Orco and Soana. She provides legal and educational support for School Directors participating in the Network of Schools RE.GE.CO. She also counsels on environmental matters.
