Lawyer
Stefano M. Viola received his law degree at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and his LL.M in “Global Legal Studies” at The John Marshall Law School of Chicago.
Stefano is a lawyer admitted to practice in Italy and in Illinois.
He has worked in Italy and in the U.S.: in Italy, in particular, in the area of banking, inheritance, and debt collection. In the U.S., Stefano participated in several investigations by Government Agencies, in a monitoring of an International Bank; he analyzed banking contracts, practiced in formation and administration on companies, and in the area of international trade.
He published articles in several American Law Reviews such as “The International Lawyer”, Publication of the American Bar Association/Section of International Law, “The Globe”, Newsletter of the International and Immigration Law Section of the Illinois State Bar Association, and in the Newsletter of the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
Stefano is a member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers, the Chicago Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
